Ultimately, we aspire to develop Ghana’s first smart City with our project being broken down into 4 key phases. This will serve as a great interest for our diaspora network.
Eden Villa
The first phase features the Eden Villa, a collection of 4-bedroom, 5,000 sqft luxury homes. Each villa is designed with sustainability and modern living in mind, boasting a private swimming pool, staff quarters, indoor and outdoor kitchens, smart home features, and a cinema room. The Eden Villa sets the tone for the entire development, highlighting the project’s commitment to eco-luxury living and innovative design.
Evergreen Haven
The second phase, the Evergreen Haven, expands on the success of the Eden Villa by offering 20 units of similar 4-bedroom luxury homes. This phase focuses on creating a sense of community among residents, providing shared amenities such as landscaped gardens, parks, and recreational facilities. The Evergreen Haven showcases the project’s dedication to fostering social cohesion, inclusivity, and environmental responsibility.
Evergreen Village
The Evergreen Village is the third phase of the development, featuring 40 units of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes. This phase is designed to cater to a broader range of homebuyers, providing diverse housing options that maintain the project’s commitment to sustainability and eco-luxury living. The Evergreen Village offers additional community amenities, further promoting social interaction and a sense of belonging among its residents.
Evergreen Sanctuary
The final phase, the Evergreen Sanctuary, consists of 100 units of apartments and villas, further diversifying the housing options available within the development.
